DESIGN
In order to build your dream home, plans need to be prepared. If you do not already have a set of plans, we work with several architects, draftsman, & designers that can assist you in this personal process. We can also help you and the architect with pricing so that the home you design and want can be built for the budget you expect.

ESTIMATING

Upon submission of your finalized plans, we will prepare a line item estimate (bid) based on your wants and needs for your new home. This bid will include “realistic” allowances tailored to fit your personal desires from our trusted vendors where all of our builder discounts are passed on to you.

PERSONAL TOUCHES
We work with many knowledgeable and experienced vendors that can help you through the selection process of picking out the personal touches that will be a part of your new home. Or, if you prefer, we have interior decorators available to help you get everything just right.

CONSTRUCTION
The construction of your home can take from four to eight months, depending on the size and complexity of the home. It is our goal to not only meet the schedule but also ensure that your home is built to the level of quality each of us demand.

WARRANTY
Our commitment to excellence does not end when we give you the keys to your new dream home. Your new home comes with a one year “bumper-to-bumper” warranty and our promise to provide you with the best possible customer service during that time frame and beyond.
